I've always wanted to have my own fast-casual restaurant brand. When the opportunity finally knocked, the first person I called was Maggie! While the pandemic delayed our original launch plans, Maggie continuously worked to enhance the concept and we had our Grand Opening at Super Bowl LVIII in partnership with Levy Restaurants at Allegiant Stadium.
